Health Systems Strengthening
AXIAA strengthens equitable and resilient health systems by combining technical expertise with faith-driven compassion. With nearly two decades of USAID-backed experience, we support governments and communities to build people-centered systems that deliver quality care and respond effectively to crises.
Child Protection and Safety
Rooted in a faith-driven commitment to dignity and justice, we strengthen systems and legal safeguards to protect children from violence, exploitation, trafficking, child marriage, and child labor. We prioritize family preservation, care reform, and safe, family-based alternatives.
Women's Wellness
AXIAA advances the physical, mental, and social well-being of women and girls through access to care, education, advocacy, and community-based support. We empower women as leaders in resilience and sustainable development.
Community Empowerment & Faith-Based Engagement
AXIAA partners with grassroots and faith-based organizations to foster inclusive leadership, community ownership, and lasting impact. By engaging churches, mosques, and community leaders, we ensure faith communities are central to shaping solutions that uphold dignity and justice.
